This week……

Class 1 have celebrated earth day in forest school by making seed bombs to bring home – please let us know how well they grow at home. In maths they have started exploring 3D shapes. Class 2 started to learn about multiplication and division in maths. They have also planted seeds in class to grow sweetcorn and cress. Class 3 have started their new sketching topic learning about shading. In history they have started to learn about the Ancient Egyptians. Class 4 in their art lessons have been exploring the work of Impressionist painters and creating their own works in that style. In maths they have been looking at ratio, which has helped them in sizing up their paintings.
